For over 17 years, I have been involved in Real Estate in several capacities. As an Investor, as Mentor, as a Realtor, etc...

More recently, I was challenged to become a Real Estate Instructor for Pre-Licensing and found a passion in it. I discovered that through this type of education, I could help more people making educated decisions about investing dealing with others in a Real Estate transaction.

My goal originally was to make sure agents understood how to deal with Investors, like me. My goal now, due to my classroom experience, is to help every student reach their goals, whether it is licensing or investing.
